When your child is just hours old in the hospital, your first visit from us assures you that the centre of your universe is also the centre of ours. Each child that is carried into – or later skips or walks into – our reception office is greeted and welcomed like a relative or a good friend, which is why each holiday season cards and pictures cover our walls and we ooh and ahh over your little darlings who’ve become our darlings, too.
